A Message from Taylor Willingham

As an estate planning, real estate, probate, and elder law attorney, I have witnessed firsthand the profound challenges families and small businesses face in McKinney. For the past fifteen years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping residents navigate uncertain times and build brighter futures.

In 2009, amidst economic turmoil, my family and I arrived in McKinney seeking new opportunities. The challenges we faced took us down an unexpected path—we experienced severe financial hardship, isolated from family and close friends. What sustained us was the incredible spirit of McKinney—a community that embraced us, supported us, and empowered us to persevere. Many of you who read this letter were among those who lent a helping hand during our toughest years, and for that, I will always be deeply grateful.

In those early years, I worked closely with residents to overcome the devastating impacts of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and job loss. As the economy stabilized, my focus shifted to what I do today: helping families plan for their futures, protect their legacies, and secure their well-being. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with talented individuals who helped me grow two thriving local businesses: WG Law and WG Title.
